1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or registering for a Samikanth Academy programme, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or enrol in our programmes.
2. Registration and enrolment
Registration through this website is an enquiry. Your seat is confirmed only after our team contacts you and the applicable fee is received. Students under 18 must register with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Fees and payments
Course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees and may change without prior notice. Promotional pricing applies only for the period announced. Fees must be paid in full before the programme begins unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the batch start date and before more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days. Fees are non-transferable to another individual without our written consent.
5. Course access and conduct
Course access is granted to the registered student only. Sharing login details, recording sessions, or redistributing materials is not permitted. We may withdraw access without refund where these rules are breached or where a participant disrupts sessions.
6. Intellectual property
All course videos, worksheets, templates, branding and website content are the property of Samikanth Academy and may not be copied, resold or published without written permission.
7. Results disclaimer
Our programmes provide guidance, techniques and motivation. Academic outcomes depend on each student's effort and circumstances, and no specific marks or ranks are guaranteed.
8. Changes to schedules
We may reschedule sessions or update course content to improve the programme. Registered students will be informed of any significant change in advance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
